To join SAPN or renew your membership online, please click here. Note that you must first log in with a username and password in order to renew. If you would prefer to use the paper form, download the membership form and Hold Harmless Agreement, sign it, and mail it with your membership fee to SAPN, Box 398, Stow, MA 01775. You can also hand it to the playgroup contact/SAPN officer at a playgroup.
